Returns, Refunds and Exchange
At LivingRoots Handmade, we strictly follow high quality standards. We check, re-check and then check again before we ship. Yet, it does so happen that you may occasionally wish to return/exchange your purchase. And we’ll be happy to help you with it.
Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
How to make returns
While returning / exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original pack. We’ll also need the invoice and tags just as you received it.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
Reverse Pickup and Exchange Timelines
The LivingRoots Handmade Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent on its way 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.
Refund and Timelines
Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. Once, we receive the item, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.All returns are subject to the discretion of LivingRoots Handmade.
